Hello and welcome to my blog.

I started this blog in May 2020 but my fitness journey started a long time before then – 2017. You’ll see my most recent posts below but before you look at those, you might want to check out my very first post and summary, which will give you more background about why I’ve embarked on the journey and why I’m now sharing my journey with you.

The focus is very much on burning fat, building muscle and getting fitter – not “weight loss“.
